How to raise a grievance

Email srdsho@gmail.com with subject line Grievance — [your name], or write by post to the address above.
Include your full name, phone number, email, centre or programme (if relevant), and a clear statement of the issue.
Attach supporting documents (admission receipt, ID copy, letters) where available.
Allow reasonable time for acknowledgement. Urgent safety or safeguarding matters: call 040-24044233 during office hours.

We treat grievances confidentially. Frivolous or abusive complaints may be closed without detailed reply.
